For the applicable Australian sports-food pathway, the finished formula and label directions are developed around a maximum one-day quantity of 3 g creatine. An unflavoured 300 g product can therefore provide 100 quantities of 3 g. A flavoured product may use a larger total serving while retaining no more than 3 g creatine.
Minimum order quantities
